NRT would just like to send our best wishes and a get well soon to one of our very first members, Barry Roberts. Some of you will have met Barry at either one of the shows we have attended or out on one of our runs. He is a top bloke and one of those guys who will do anything to help, especially when it comes to cars! On a personal note, he has helped me out with my car on many occasions and always been there as a good mate. He has been behind NRT from day one supporting us with everything we have done. Barry is also one of our admin team on our new Need,Require,Trade page on Facebook.
Also, a special shout out to Karen his long suffering wife who is looking after him while he's recovering. Im sure she'll make him pay once he's better.
You will recognise Barry's lovely mk2 MR2 as its been to every show we have done up until last weekends show at car Society, and believe us if he could have been there he would have! He is now on the mend and looking forward to joining us at Jap2Jap 3rd September all being well.

Hey Barry, I hear you are having a bit of trouble pressing the accelerator peddle fast enough? But it’s a bit extreme having metal plates and pins put in there to add extra weight for a quicker response. Anyway you better get well soon mate as Amanda had to make all the hot drinks at Car Society and we’ve even more people coming to Jap2Jap. Take care mate, get well soon, very soon.
