Steve & Amanda's 1992 MR2

Steve and Amanda bought this 1992 mk2 MR2 around 8 months ago. The plan for the car was to make it a bit of a winter project, but things didn't go exactly that way. The MR2 arrived on a low loader due to having no MOT at the time, the body work was tired looking and the engine had more than a few bolts missing. Steve tells me "how the engine hadn't fallen out he will never know". after raiding friends parts bins and giving the car an initial wash and polish the car was looking quite good and not as bad as they first thought. "we thought lets put it through an MOT and see what they report back, and it PASSED" we immediately fell in love with the car and loved being out driving and seeing the reaction from other drivers and pedestrians. We took the car to shows and out on club drives and loved every minute! Dave's Car Spa very kind offered to detail the car and give it a ceramic coating. I was blown away by the work he did, I honestly thought it had been resprayed. We got the car back from Dave just in time for our wedding day so we had the chance to have some pictures taken with the car, they turned out to be some of our favourite pictures from the day.
